Bob has played guitar since high school, when he played in a garage band and then

attended Berkley School of Music briefly in the early 70’s. He played mostly country and folk-rock until he got into Bluegrass a few years ago. Bob’s longtime favorite guitar players are Doc Watson and Clarence White, and his moe recent guitar heroes are Brian Sutton and Marc Cosgrove. His favorite bands are the Seldom Scene, Kathy Matea, Old and in the Way, and the Gibson Brothers.
